However, when it comes to advancing our careers, we find ourselves relying on hope—waiting for someone to recognise our extraordinary abilities.

Navigating a career demands strategy. It's essential to outline your path, otherwise you might inadvertently plateau without realising your potential.
Strategic career advancement isn't about cramming more tasks into your day while tolerating the intolerable with a forced smile. It's about being very deliberate with your time and your choices.
By relying on chance for career advancement, you risk being eclipsed by a colleague with a more strategic approach. Moreover, you can get stuck in the capability zone, where you become so capable and indispensable that no one will encourage you to grow beyond it.

Module One
We start with your inner world, self-perceptions, and unconscious beliefs. If you don’t overcome these, they’re like an undertow—no matter how much you want to level up, they will hold you back. Are you being smaller than the goals you have set for yourself?
Module Two
Next, we focus on external perceptions, examining how others perceive you, your executive gravitas. This is what truly sets you apart and makes you memorable. Your executive gravitas is what will get you noticed for all the right reasons.
Module Three
Here, we dive into your legacy and your long-term employability. Together, we'll strategise for both job security and a fulfilling lifestyle, so that the peak of your career doesn’t pass you by. Crafting the right network and ensuring a flexible life-work balance are crucial components of this module's focus.

About Amanda MacLean
The visionary and driving force behind The Gravitas Project.
In the early days of my career, shortly after completing my university degree, I climbed the corporate ladder at an astonishing pace - receiving five promotions in just five years.
Years later, at another sizable enterprise, I transitioned from the senior executive team to the esteemed role of Chief Operating Officer.
My journey likely mirrors many of yours. It’s probable I’ve walked in your shoes, felt the same highs and faced similar challenges.
While there's no shortage of outstanding mentors and executive coaches catering to women, drawing insights from various disciplines, a pertinent question arises: how many of them have truly been at the forefront, having carved out successful senior management careers of their own?
My credentials encompass C-Suite roles, board and committee participations (often as the sole woman present), and pivotal leadership roles in major corporations both in Australia and globally. Beyond that, I wear many hats: a professional mentor, advisor, working mother, and business owner.
Realising your full potential isn’t about merely treading the well-worn path; it's about innovating, charting a unique course. The journey to success doesn’t always have to be fraught with hardships. More importantly, it's not a journey you need to undertake solo. I've garnered insights on what truly works and the strategies to ensure a seamless ascent.
