Meet Amanda MacLean

The Founder and Creative Force behind The Gravitas Project.

I was promoted 5 times in 5 years with the first company I worked for after finishing my university degree.

Some years later, in another large organisation, I was promoted from the senior executive team to Chief Operating Officer.

Yes, I have shared the same experiences as you and understand what it is like to walk in your shoes.

There are many excellent mentors and executive coaches for women, fashioned from multiple disciples... yet how many are part of the vanguard of professional women who have forged successful senior management careers themselves?

I have C-Suite experience, board and committee experience (often the only female at the table), experience at senior levels of large and multinational corporations, in Australia and overseas, and I’m a professional mentor, advisor, working mother and business owner.

Realising potential is about doing things differently and it doesn’t have to be a hard-fought battle to get there. Better still it doesn’t need to be done alone. I know what works and how to make it happen smoothly.
